I do like the simplicity of the build and I give Rob mucho props for that... but my guess is that the first guy to go sailing in it is going to look out at the longer, WAY smoother riding big hull and say, "Why the hell am I beating myself up sitting in the wee ama for?" You can call Bucket List a "harryproa" if you like...but It's just a regular proa, with the rider sitting in the wrong hull ! Cheers claudio

Claudio, why sit on the wet side ? Should all the cat sailors sit on the leeward hull, should mono hullers sit on the leeward rail ? It's called righting moment. And as the hulls are connected the pitching moment is from the longest hull, windward or leeward.

the center of effort of the rig does not correspond with the center of effort of the hulls; an additional windward momentum exists by the outrigger, so the boat will go to windward tip it gybes ind thus gets out of control. Sorry to say, though the idea seems bright and smart because of its simplicity
