Great narration, great footage.  I really grateful that Jim Brown is sharing all of this history and his deep knowledge with the rest of us.

Thanks for posting this. Pictures and video of Proa interiors are hard to come by. I suppose that’s understandable because there isn’t much to them.

I was most excited by the constant camber proa with twin daggerboards and paddle steering.  Was that a gibbons rig (the ends of the yard switch)  or did it shunt like a crab claw (the bottom of the yard travels along the leeward rail).

That was a FINE looking boat.
