Your R2AK proa concept hasn’t been posted here before. An amazing design - fully expect the proanauts to be wearing spacesuits.

Is there a chance of forums coming back alive?
Paul: this design has gone through many iterations, and this was an early version. Actually, the proanauts are just wearing comfortable athletic wear because the capsule is providing a comfortable environment. 😉 The later versions I drew are made from plywood (of course).
Doug: I think about it sometimes. Do you think anyone would be interested? It seems like FB, etc. has got that space well covered.

Yes, I definitely think that proa popularity will continue to grow. I’ve been using proafile archives recently to find out about proas more.
Proas sometimes even dominate the Sailing Anarchy - Multihulls section, but not everyone is comfortable using S.A.
Why did it close?
Is it a hard job to run?

I would love to see in the Archives you sketches once posted on Proafile discussion group. Not lost completely, I hope.
